Two Automotive Skill Areas to Choose From
Automotive Service Technology - For those who want to diagnose and repair automobiles, we offer this in-depth technical program. The student will learn automotive theory, troubleshooting, and repair of every major system in a modern automobile. This 1,200-hour program consists of 3 foundation courses and 7 core courses, each of which is designed to maximize the student’s understanding of a specific topic. The result is a knowledgeable graduate ready to begin their career as an automotive technician.
Automotive Service Management - With 1,920 hours of instruction, this program is a combination of hands-on technical training, and service shop management procedures. Graduates of this program earns an Associate degree in Automotive Service Management. It is available in day and afternoon schedules. Graduates can use this valuable knowledge to diagnose the concerns of the automotive customer, and then estimate and arrange repair with the technician. This role is a crucial link in the customer-dealership relationship.
